i don't want to say copyrighted but if u look at the on on clantemplates it has the makers name and and clantemplates on it and if u look at sgt's the banner he made would just cover over the name and even if it's not copyrighted if they didn't ask to use or edit it it's still not cool ;)

the baner i think is ok to overide.
But if its made by some1 else then i would, leave copyright at bottom
